Duties

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in organic chemistry; a master's degree or substantial industry experience may be considered.
• 5-10 years of patent prosecution experience in pharmaceuticals or chemistry.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission.
• Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
