Job Overview:
A law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven litigation associate with 2–4 years of hands-on experience handling complex commercial disputes. The role focuses on representing corporate clients in a range of high-stakes litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Manage various aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Handle discovery tasks, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories

• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development

• Attend court hearings and status conferences as needed

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to move cases forward efficiently

• Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory material to support litigation arguments

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a law firm setting focused on commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills

• Proficiency with e-discovery tools and litigation management software

• Familiarity with federal and state court procedures

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Georgia State Bar
