Duties

• Advise on IP-intensive M&A, financing, and securitization transactions.
• Draft and analyze strategic licensing, collaboration, and joint venture arrangements.
• Provide detailed and analytical support to clients.

Requirements

• Four to six years of IP transactions experience at a major law firm.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with IP-intensive M&A and strategic transactions.

Education

• U.S. J.D. preferred.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission required.
