Duties

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including preparing and presenting cases in court.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court procedures.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with legal research and case management software.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
• Proven ability to appear in court and engage with clients and opposing counsel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Oklahoma.
