Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury and insurance-related cases, ensuring comprehensive legal support throughout the process.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings, providing advice and updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in preparing for trial, including developing legal strategies and examining evidence.
• Handle case management, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Negotiate settlements and work to resolve disputes effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in personal injury or insurance law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to think critically and develop innovative legal strategies.
• Experience in client communication and relationship management.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
