Job Details:

• Represent clients in legal matters independently or under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Provide effective legal consultation, services, and advice to clients.
• Handle state and federal court litigation/proceedings, consistent with experience level.
• Prepare all necessary legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, opinion letters, and correspondence.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of substantive law, court systems, and local rules and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, decision-makers, consultants, and counsel.
• Work under strenuous and stressful conditions, responding to client, office, and court needs on short notice.
• Occasionally travel for extended periods may be required.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze issues, and develop creative responses.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.
