• Represent clients at 341 meetings and court hearings.
• Negotiate directly with creditors and trustees.
• Maintain organized case management with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
• Contribute to firm development initiatives and client relationship building.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar license and good standing.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence in court and professionalism in negotiations.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a small team.
• Desire to build long-term roots in a boutique practice.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
