Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings

• Advise on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, memoranda, and contracts

• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis on complex labor issues

• Assist with workplace investigations and risk mitigation strategies

• Support senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate with internal teams across legal disciplines as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law

• Strong understanding of employment-related litigation processes and strategies

• Demonstrated legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities

• Familiarity with federal and state labor laws applicable in West Virginia

• Ability to work on-site full-time in Charleston, WV

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in West Virginia (mandatory)
