Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with experience in structured finance to work on complex, high-level transactions in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The role offers flexibility to be based in any U.S. state where the firm maintains an office and provides a competitive compensation package.

Location:

• Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in a wide range of structured finance transactions

• Provide legal advice on structured finance and corporate trust-related matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including trust agreements and collateral documents

• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to support cross-functional client needs

• Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure timely execution of client deliverables

• Stay informed of market trends and regulatory developments in structured finance

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on structured finance

• Experience representing trustees, collateral agents, or related roles in financial transactions (preferred)

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a broader legal team

• Strong client service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license and in good standing in the state where the candidate intends to practice

Skills:

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with structured finance documentation and transactional workflow

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment
