Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including negotiating settlements and litigating cases.
• Manage a caseload and oversee the legal process from case inception to resolution.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Perform legal research and stay updated on Georgia personal injury laws and regulations.
• Assist in trial preparation, including depositions, hearings, and trial representation.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze complex legal issues effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Trial experience preferred, with a proven track record of successful verdicts or settlements.
