Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
• Handle all stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing case strategy.
• Appear regularly in court hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas for case coordination.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice in New York.
• 2-6 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong academic background and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills, including motion drafting and court appearances.
