Duties

• Manage plaintiff-side employment law matters in state and federal courts, including drafting complaints and motions.

• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and appear at hearings, coordinating logistics for in-person proceedings.

• Perform legal research and prepare briefs, memoranda, and client communications.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and maintain case files.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.

• Demonstrated background in employment law representing employees.

• Ability to handle remote work while traveling for necessary in-person proceedings.

• Strong advocacy, analytical, and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Texas Bar.
