Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case management

• Conduct legal research on workers’ compensation laws and regulations

• Engage in direct client communications and relationship-building

• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances under supervision

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, findings of fact, and legal correspondence

• Analyze medical records and research relevant to case evaluations

• Monitor and adapt to changes in legal and regulatory developments

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of legal experience

• Familiarity with administrative legal procedures and claims handling

• Strong multitasking ability in a high-volume environment

• Effective negotiation and communication capabilities

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

• Professionalism in interacting with clients and internal stakeholders

• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Missouri or eligibility for prompt licensure
