Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of West Virginia.
• 3-5 years of experience in product tort and insurance litigation.
• Proven track record of handling litigation cases from inception to resolution.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the West Virginia State Bar.
• Additional certifications related to litigation or specialized areas of tort and insurance law are a plus.
