Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and management of litigation cases, including arbitrations and trials.

• Work directly with senior attorneys in developing legal strategies and providing counsel to clients.

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.

• Engage in discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Develop strong client relationships and represent clients in a variety of legal proceedings.

• Manage cases independently, ensuring timely and effective delivery of legal services.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction law preferred.

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage cases and develop legal strategies independently.

• Experience in arbitration and litigation disputes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey (required).

• New York admission is a plus.

Skills:

• Expertise in litigation and dispute resolution.

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
