• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing general liability matters

• Strong litigation background, with a focus on defense work

• Demonstrated ability to handle case responsibilities independently

• Proficiency in drafting, research, and courtroom advocacy

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of New York

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
