Duties:

• Handle complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructuring matters.
• Manage related litigation, providing comprehensive legal counsel.
• Draft legal documents, perform legal research, and prepare for court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of case strategies for financial disputes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably within the finance and restructuring practice.
• Experience working at a recognized Am-Law 100 firm is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases and provide strategic legal advice.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
