Duties:

• Manage personal injury and habitability cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Take depositions and handle case documentation.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Stay informed on relevant laws and legal precedents to ensure up-to-date case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• Strong passion for personal injury and tenant rights law.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral communication and client management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle complex cases.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
