• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management tasks related to the practice of law.

Requirements:

• Member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Strong interest in litigation, particularly in employment law matters.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research, writing, and drafting.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery and depositions.
• Ability to negotiate and settle disputes effectively.
