• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and handle pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed on case developments
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop and execute case strategies
• Stay current on changes in laws and regulations relevant to personal injury claims
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience managing and litigating personal injury cases from start to finish
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Colorado Bar License required
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
