Location:

• San Antonio, TX

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, deeds, wills, trust instruments, lease agreements, and litigation pleadings

• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide comprehensive analysis on matters across multiple practice areas

• Represent clients in legal proceedings such as probate court, title disputes, business litigation, and oil & gas matters

• Participate in discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to strategize and deliver optimal client outcomes

• Manage client communication and relationships with professionalism and timeliness

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in legal practice (new attorneys may be considered)

• Prior exposure or interest in oil & gas, property law, probate, business transactions, or civil litigation

• Ability to handle multiple tasks across various legal disciplines

• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents

• Legal research and analysis across multiple disciplines

• Effective written and oral advocacy skills

• Time management and organization in handling diverse caseloads

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
