• Admitted in Illinois and as a patent attorney before the USPTO, or taking steps to become admitted.

Education

• JD degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Certifications

• Admitted as a patent attorney before the USPTO.

Skills

• Proficiency in patent drafting and intellectual property litigation.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
