Duties

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients across various case matters

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and agreements

• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials

• Prepare and present legal arguments, evidence, and case strategies

• Negotiate settlements and agreements in the best interest of clients

• Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to develop litigation plans

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida

• Previous litigation experience preferred but not required

• Availability to appear in court and attend hearings when necessary

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Certifications

• Active membership with the Florida State Bar
