Location:

Duties:

• Advise and guide clients on personal injury claims, including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents.
• Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation.
• Prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management and client service.
• Stay updated on personal injury laws, legal precedents, and relevant legal developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle complex and high-volume cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience handling personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Expertise in drafting legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Proficiency in client interactions and litigation strategy.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
