Location:

Duties:

• Assist clients in determining the best course of action to resolve legal conflicts.

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case handling.

• Maintain and organize client files to ensure up-to-date information is readily available.

• Attend court hearings and legal proceedings, performing legal research as needed.

• Work closely with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice and develop strategies.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Nevada Bar.

• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• The ideal candidate will have some courtroom experience 

• Successful completion of the bar exam.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior attorneys.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Nevada Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.

• Courtroom experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team setting.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
