A plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated and driven litigation attorney to join their team. This position provides an opportunity for mentorship and hands-on experience handling quality litigation matters in the personal injury field. Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Handle litigation tasks from filing through trial
• Work directly with partner attorneys on personal injury cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, motions, and trials
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparations
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Provide support and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff as needed

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar of California (CA Attorney License)
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Passion for helping others and willingness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited or California-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership

Skills:

• Litigation and trial experience (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of personal injury law (experience is a plus but not necessary)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
