• Attend court hearings and participate in settlement negotiations

Requirements:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing

• Minimum of 2 years of civil defense litigation experience

• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Georgia State Bar License (Active)
