Duties

• Lead bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims through all stages of litigation.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparations.
• Present visual aids during mediations and trials.
• Develop and execute detailed case strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with bodily injury and UM claims in Florida.
• Proven trial experience with knowledge of Florida Evidence Code and Civil Procedure.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to work under pressure.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Competence in using PowerPoint and other visual tools.
• Highly competitive and confident in courtroom settings.
