Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Ensure compliance with court and client deadlines.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Engage in networking and business development efforts to strengthen client connections.

• Collaborate with an experienced legal support team to enhance case strategy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.

• 2-3 years of civil litigation experience preferred.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Courtroom experience handling hearings, motions, and trials.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
