Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury and elder abuse cases from intake through resolution

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

• Oversee support staff assigned to your caseload

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations or trials as needed

• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex or high-stakes matters

• Maintain detailed case records and adhere to deadlines

• Provide legal advice and compassionate counsel to vulnerable clients

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in litigation, with emphasis on personal injury and/or elder abuse cases

• Strong courtroom and deposition experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset

• Dependable, accountable, and committed to high-quality legal work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
