Administrative Assistant
The candidate will be serving in general filing, copying, and scanning of documents, and greeting clients. Will be answering phone calls, scheduling, and calendaring appointments. Accepting payments from clients. Preparing outgoing mail, sorting and scanning incoming mail. Light computer support duties. Organizing and maintaining file room, ordering office supplies. Must be bilingual (Spanish speaking). Should possess strong attention to detail and quick response time in completing tasks and addressing client needs. Should have excellent time management skills.
