Duties

• Oversee complex insurance coverage litigation and manage multiple cases.
• Conduct thorough analysis of insurance policies and coverage provisions.
• Provide strategic legal advice on insurance coverage issues and policy interpretation.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and supporting briefs.

Requirements

• Active bar license in California.
• At least 5 years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in California.
