Duties:

• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to workers' compensation claims.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar.
• Experience in workers' compensation law or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar.
• Additional certifications in workers' compensation law are preferred but not required.
