A law firm in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the managing partners on a diverse range of civil litigation cases, providing top-tier legal representation and developing effective legal strategies. This role involves managing the discovery process, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the managing partners on a diverse range of civil litigation cases.
• Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with high attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including conducting depositions, handling document requests, and gathering evidence.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and explain legal matters clearly.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are addressed effectively.
• Organize and manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong case management skills.
• Experience in creditors' rights bankruptcy is a plus.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong case management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively.
• Experience in creditors' rights bankruptcy is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
