Duties:

• Lead and manage litigation files from initial pleadings through resolution or trial

• Partner with paralegals and support staff to effectively move high-volume caseloads forward

• Analyze legal issues, draft motions and briefs, conduct discovery, and represent clients in court proceedings

• Monitor legal developments and adjust case strategies accordingly

• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and legal excellence

• Participate in firm-sponsored business development initiatives and community engagements

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Florida

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business or commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and collaborate within a team structure

• Strategic thinker with a track record of advocating effectively on behalf of clients

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of civil litigation procedures and statutes
