• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support
• Stay updated on the latest legal developments, regulations, and industry trends
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional legal service delivery
• Work independently with limited supervision and produce high-quality legal work

Requirements:

• Should have 4-20 years of significant experience in commercial litigation matters
• Strong command of statutes, litigation strategy, and legal processes
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide a legal team
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
• A proactive and self-driven approach to work with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership (Florida)
