A law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with a focus on Construction, Real Estate, and Homeowners Association (HOA) law. This position involves representing clients in complex litigation matters including construction defect disputes, real estate conflicts, contract negotiations, and HOA governance issues. The attorney will provide strategic legal counsel on risk management, regulatory frameworks, and help achieve client objectives through comprehensive legal solutions.

Location:

• Jacksonville, FL

Duties:

• Construction Law: Handle construction defect claims, contract disputes, lien enforcement, and compliance with construction regulations.
• Real Estate Law: Litigate matters related to property transactions, zoning disputes, lease agreements, and title issues.
• HOA Law: Represent HOAs and property owners in governance disputes, covenant enforcement, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Client Advisory: Provide strategic counsel on risk management and legal implications for construction projects, real estate investments, and HOA operations.
• Litigation Management: Lead all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and appeals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on construction, real estate, and HOA disputes preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
