A respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Worcester, MA office. This role offers a valuable opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in civil litigation and courtroom exposure. The associate will work closely with experienced attorneys and receive comprehensive on-the-job training across various stages of litigation.

Location:

• Worcester, MA

Duties:

• Assist in all stages of civil litigation, from case preparation to trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Review case files and manage the litigation process from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Clerkship experience (preferred).
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Rhode Island or New Hampshire Bar admission (a plus).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member of the Massachusetts Bar.
• Rhode Island or New Hampshire Bar license (preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
