Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join their Litigation practice group. This role involves working on cases related to public entity defense, employment litigation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and be eager to contribute to a collaborative legal team.

Location:

• Glens Falls, NY

Duties:

• Handle litigation cases, including public entity defense, employment litigation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation.
• Work collaboratively as part of a legal team to provide superior client service.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Prepare and review legal documents, motions, and case files.
• Assist with trial preparation and represent clients in court as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Excellent work ethic and commitment to client service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior writing and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
