Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience

Profile

A law firm in Chicago is seeking a qualified Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, providing legal advice and guidance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
