• Draft and prepare legal documents, including discovery requests, responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites.
• Utilize technology, document management systems, and legal software to enhance job performance.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and writing abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized law school accredited by the ABA.

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar (required).
