• Participate in depositions, hearings, and client meetings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and strategy

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience

• Ability to manage cases independently under supervision

• Familiarity with court procedures, rules of evidence, and litigation best practices

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
