Duties

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in general civil litigation liability defense.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Experience in Family Law, Sexual Abuse/Neglect, or Criminal Law preferred.
• Background in substantial motion practice or appeals preferred.
• Admitted to practice in New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
