Job Overview:

The Family Law Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters. The successful candidate should be licensed to practice law in Michigan and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases.
• Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and provide well-informed counsel.

• Manage and oversee the progress of family law cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Family Law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
