Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney

Duties:
Advocate for clients in complex family law matters, including divorces, custody disagreements, and protective order proceedings
Prepare legal documentation, including petitions, motions, discovery responses, and trial exhibits
Handle all stages of litigation from intake through resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and courtroom appearances
Strategize with clients and provide clear, empathetic legal advice aligned with their objectives
Ensure timely filing of all documents and adherence to procedural requirements and court-imposed deadlines
Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and senior attorneys to support client goals and maintain case efficiency
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
Minimum of 2 years of courtroom or litigation experience; prior family law exposure preferred
Proven ability to manage case timelines and adapt to evolving case demands
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in high-stakes or emotionally charged environments
Familiarity with the Texas Family Code and family court procedures
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S. law school accredited by the ABA
Certifications:
Texas Bar admission in good standing (required)
