Location:

Duties:

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Attend court hearings and argue motions.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

• Engage in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation, preferably in construction liability, premises liability, product liability, or general liability.

• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.

• Dual licensure in Illinois is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and advocacy skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
